Jen - Founder & Owner
Jen has been at the forefront of social media since its early days in the 2000s. After leaving her fashion career in 2019, she launched a fitness event marketing company in Seattle, managing social media accounts across diverse industries while creating events to help businesses attract their ideal clients. During this time, Jen also built a personal following on TikTok, where her authentic storytelling made her a micro-influencer and led to collaborations with brands like Photowall, Brooklinen, SmartSweets, and Carbon38.

After moving to the Chicago suburbs and briefly re-entering corporate America as a global change manager, Jen’s passion for creativity was reignited during her travels. Isolated in hotel rooms, she rekindled her love for social media and soon realized it was time to pursue her true calling. Jen retired from corporate life for the second time to found Jay and Emee, a boutique digital marketing agency with a mission to disrupt the industry by prioritizing a harmonious work-life balance for women.

Lindsay has over 13 years of experience in social media and storytelling, serving a diverse range of clients, including lawyers, doctors, private preschools, high-end construction companies, and downtown Chicago restaurants. She is highly skilled in creating engaging, value-driven content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and user engagement.
Lindsay’s expertise in SEO allows her to create keyword-rich optimized content that drives organic traffic, while her attention to detail ensures flawless grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
Known for her ability to create integrated social media strategies and collaborate closely with clients, Lindsay excels at customizing content that aligns with the client’s voice and business goals to strengthen brand awareness.

Sarah - Account Manager & Content Creator
Sarah has been passionately immersed in the social media marketing industry for over four years. She has had the privilege of working with major brands like Taco Bell, Tinder, Kellogg's, Crocs, and P&G, while also leveraging her expertise to help small businesses boost brand awareness through social media management.
With experience spanning over 100 campaigns and managing more than 10 social media accounts, Sarah has developed a deep understanding, backed by thousands of data points, of what works on social media—and what doesn’t.
